All sales made by REPLICIAO LLC are final. However, we understand that there may be instances where returns are necessary. We accept returns of products only under the following conditions:
- The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon receipt.
- The return request is made within 30 days of receiving the product.
- The product is in its original packaging and unused.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Once you receive your RMA number, securely pack the item in its original packaging and include a copy of the invoice.

Please be aware that the return address may differ, as we collaborate with various warehouses across the USA. Kindly verify the return address with your manager.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
3. Refunds
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Items returned without an RMA number.
- Products purchased on clearance or sale.
